1.Agreement

These terms apply when you use the Mondext website and the Mondext prototype (together, “Mondext”). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you use Mondext on behalf of a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

2.A pre-launch prototype

Mondext is not generally available. The app on this site is a prototype running on a demo environment: the store, orders, campaigns and figures in it are simulated, and actions you “approve” there change nothing outside the demo.

Nothing in Mondext is financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. Features described on this site may change before launch, and joining early access does not guarantee access by a particular date.

3.Plans and billing

No payment is collected during early access. The plans on our pricing page show the prices we intend to charge at launch: monthly, in US dollars, with no long-term contract.

Before you are ever charged, we will confirm the price and billing terms with you. You will be able to cancel anytime; cancelling stops future billing, and Mondext stops acting on your store.

4.Your store, your rules

When store connections launch:

  • you decide what Mondext may access, starting with read-only access;
  • you choose the operating mode — Watch, Approve or Autopilot — and the Profit Rules that bound it;
  • Mondext only acts within the mode and rules you set, and records every change it makes;
  • you remain responsible for your store, your pricing, your campaigns and the changes you approve;
  • you can revoke Mondext’s access at any time from your store’s platform.

5.No guaranteed results

Mondext estimates the expected impact of each action from the data available to it. Estimates are not promises: real outcomes depend on your store, your market and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any profit, savings or other result.

6.Acceptable use

Please don’t:

  • submit information about someone else without their permission;
  • try to access data, accounts or systems that aren’t yours;
  • interfere with, overload or probe Mondext beyond normal use, except as described on our Security page;
  • copy, resell or build a competing product from Mondext’s content or interface.

7.Intellectual property

The Mondext name, logo, website and prototype belong to us. Your store and its data remain yours. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve Mondext without any obligation to you.

8.Third-party services

Mondext is designed to work with platforms such as Shopify and Meta Ads. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes they make.

9.Disclaimers and liability

While Mondext is a prototype, it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses — including lost profits — arising from your use of the prototype.

10.Changes and ending use

We may update these terms as Mondext develops; the date at the top shows the current version, and we will call out significant changes. You can stop using Mondext at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
