What counts as an order?
Each order placed in your store during a billing month counts once. Refunds, edits and cancellations don’t add to the count. If your volume moves past your plan, we’ll suggest the right one — Mondext doesn’t stop watching mid-month.
What happens after I activate?
You connect Shopify with read-only access. Mondext maps your orders, products, discounts and shipping rules into a model of how each one makes or loses money. Findings then arrive in dollars, with the evidence behind them and a prepared fix.
What are Watch, Approve and Autopilot?
They set how far Mondext may go on its own. Watch tells you what it found. Approve prepares the change and waits for your click. Autopilot applies changes automatically — only inside the Profit Rules you set — and records every one. You can switch modes at any time.
What access does Mondext need?
Read-only to start. Mondext asks for write access only when you choose to let it apply changes — a discount rule or a campaign budget, for example — and every change it makes is recorded with the value it replaced.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month with no contract. When you cancel, Mondext stops acting on your store and you aren’t billed again.
Will Mondext guarantee a result?
No. Every action shows its expected impact, and Mondext measures what actually happened afterwards — but results depend on your store, and we won’t promise numbers we haven’t seen. The figures elsewhere on this site come from a demo environment.
