Pre-launch draft

Mondext collects only what you choose to send us, uses it to respond and to run the product, and never sells it. The prototype runs on a demo environment and reads no real store data.

1.Who we are

Mondext (“Mondext”, “we”, “us”) is building a profit layer for ecommerce stores. Mondext is pre-launch: this website and the prototype app are early versions, and this policy describes how they handle information today.

2.Information we collect

What you send us. When you fill in a form on this site — to activate Mondext, sign in, connect a store, choose a plan or contact us — we receive what you type: your email address and, depending on the form, your name, your store’s domain or URL, the plan you picked and your message. We also note which form it came from and when.

What we never ask for here. Our forms do not collect passwords or payment card details.

Technical information. Like any website, our hosting infrastructure processes standard request data — IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Your browser. The prototype app remembers your demo choices (approvals, Profit Rules and operating mode) in your browser’s local storage so they survive a reload. That information stays on your device. This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3.Store data

The prototype runs on a demo environment — a simulated store with simulated orders, products, discounts and campaigns. It does not connect to, read or store real store data. Every figure you see in it is made up for demonstration.

When store connections launch, Mondext will start with read-only access, and this policy will be updated to describe exactly what is read, why, and how long it is kept — before any real connection is possible.

4.How we use information

We use what you send us to:

  • reply to you and give you early access to Mondext;
  • send updates about the request you made — for example, when Mondext can connect to your store;
  • understand which parts of the site are useful, so we can improve it;
  • keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

5.When information is shared

We share information only with service providers that help us run Mondext — hosting, and the tools that receive form submissions and send email — and only so they can do that work for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

6.How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage early access. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

7.Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live — for example in the EU, the UK or California — you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.

To make a request, use the contact form with the email address you gave us.

8.Security

This site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we limit who can access submitted information. No system is perfectly secure; our Security page describes the principles Mondext is built on.

9.Children

Mondext is a tool for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10.Changes to this policy

We will update this page as Mondext develops — in particular before real store connections launch. The date at the top always shows the latest version, and significant changes will be called out on this page.
